FACTORY INTRODUCTION

Ronsy Pet Food has been dedicated to the independent development of pet food for over two decades and boasts three modern pet feed factories located in Nantong, Jiangsu Province, and Xingtai, Hebei Province. It serves a nationwide network comprising four R&D centers (Shanghai, Beijing, Shijiazhuang, and Xingtai), three production bases, two pilot-scale workshops, and one trial-feeding base. Its newly built, state-of-the-art Smart 4.0 digital factory, which cost 500 million yuan, covers an area of 39,200 square meters and has a total production capacity of 160,000 tons. The factory has also earned numerous stringent domestic and international quality standards and system certifications.

While precisely controlling temperature rise during the production process (controlling temperature increase helps prevent microbial growth), this method achieves an unparalleled level of ingredient fineness, which can ease the digestive burden on pets and help them achieve more optimal absorption.

DINNISSEN employs advanced vacuum spraying technology. After nutrients are sprayed onto the surface of the granules, a vacuum negative pressure is used to force these nutrients deep into the granules through their pores, ensuring that functional ingredients—such as vitamins and minerals—are fully preserved. At the same time, this process keeps the granules crisp and ensures a consistent texture both inside and out.

GEELEN dryers ensure uniform moisture content in each particle, and the coolant—using a highly efficient heat exchanger—employs filtered air for cooling and drying. The finished pellets are intact with minimal dust and debris, effectively reducing cross-contamination.

The SYMACH palletizer can stack any type of packaging bag using a staggered, overlapping method to ensure that the pallets are neat and stable. Having been validated through years of use in the agricultural products sector, this stacking method guarantees optimal stability, allowing entire pallets to be loaded and shipped directly from the production line. This approach further prevents potential damage or contamination of the packaging during transportation, while also enhancing the efficiency of shipping and transshipment operations.

The BOSCH packaging machine can fully automate tasks such as filling, nitrogen flushing for freshness preservation, and sealing. The entire machine incorporates core packaging technologies from Germany. By filling the packaging bags with nitrogen to reduce oxygen levels, the machine effectively extends the product’s shelf life. Moreover, by keeping the entire process shielded from light and isolating it from ultraviolet rays, the machine significantly prevents oxidation reactions, thereby preserving the product’s freshness and ensuring that its nutritional content remains intact.

FRESH MEAT GROUTING TECHNOLOGY

Ronsy Pet Food is a domestic pet food manufacturer that uses the fresh meat injection process.
Fresh meat injection is a combination of fresh ingredients and advanced processing technology. Through fresh meat injection, RONSY enables pet food to retain more of the nutrition and flavor of fresh meat, significantly enhancing the quality of pet food. Unlike most domestic pet foods that rely heavily on meat meal as a primary ingredient, RONSY employs the WENGER 5T/10T extrusion technology from the U.S., a pioneering technological solution first proposed and implemented in the field of fresh meat addition. This technology not only fundamentally addresses issues such as the difficulties in processing wet ingredients and product instability but also improves material mixing performance and enhances product quality through software-optimized system control, increasing the proportion of fresh meat added to as much as 70%.

QUALITY INSPECTION, STRICT QUALITY CONTROL

Pre-Production Stage

115 tests of raw materials: The raw materials must be tested and completed, including inspection and quarantine certificates, material transportation equipment testing, freshness index of raw materials (volatile basic nitrogen ≤ 15mg/100g) and a series of nutritional indicators.

Middle Stage Of Production

Mid-Production Sampling (every 30 minutes):‌ Real-time sampling of semi-finished products for routine testing of eight items (crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, calcium, total phosphorus, water-soluble chlorides, ash, moisture). Testing is performed using the DA7250TM near-infrared analyzer (which requires only 6 seconds to complete the physicochemical indicators via infrared method), the TVT6700 food property analyzer, and the METTLER TOLEDO HE53 rapid moisture determination instrument.

Late Production Stage

Internal testing: Quality inspection center finished product sampling, sample retention internal inspection can meet the export certification standards of more than 30 test content, real-time control of product quality.
External testing: According to the different requirements of the product, the finished product will also be submitted to the inspection authority of the third party testing institutions, including the United States AAFCO, European FEDIAF, heavy metals, toxins and other testing projects

20 ACRES OF DOG AND CAT EXPERIMENTAL BASE

The pet trial feeding facility, occupying an independent site of 13,000㎡, undergoes a 28-day humanitarian trial feeding period, simulating various feeding scenarios and pet behaviors to ensure product safety before it is released to the market.
