The “Liangbei” pet food brand is affiliated with Ronsy Pet Food Co., Ltd. Founded in 2002, RONSY is a large-scale, modern pet food enterprise integrating research and development, production, and sales. Its production base is built according to Industry 4.0 smart standards, covering an area of 58 mu, with a total investment of 200 million yuan and a building area of 37,540 square meters. 03 Strict raw material selection and quality inspection
In 2021, Ronsy Pet Food was awarded the "Outstanding Six-Source Award." The "Six-Source Award" is nominated and judged by a panel of experts and outstanding raw-material suppliers, with the aim of recognizing Chinese enterprises that "prioritize raw-material quality, pay close attention to raw-material technology, deeply cultivate the raw-material market, proactively anticipate raw-material market trends, serve pets' innate nature, and regard raw-material safety as the lifeblood of their business." RONSY uses fresh meat that meets national standards as its raw material, keeping it refrigerated at 0–4°C for no more than 7 days. Moreover, all animal-derived ingredients undergo 115 tests for veterinary drug residues, ensuring the quality and safety of pet-food raw materials. 04 Top-Grade Production Processes and Equipment
1. Fresh meat injection
As one of the first pet food manufacturers in China to adopt the fresh meat injection process, RONSY has introduced a fully automated production line equipped with advanced Wengel production equipment. It can directly add up to 70% fresh meat injection, allowing pet food to retain more nutrients and flavor from fresh meat, thereby significantly enhancing the quality of pet food.
2. Vacuum spraying
Liangbei employs vacuum spraying technology to infuse pet food with more nutrients and flavor. Combined with multi-stage vibration filtration, this ensures that the kibble remains crisp and non-greasy. Fully automated filling, ammonia injection, and palletizing processes make production significantly more efficient.
3. Real-time production monitoring
The entire production chain of Liangbei utilizes FOSS near-infrared spectrometers to monitor the production process in real time, effectively ensuring product quality. A batch-number management system is implemented to guarantee traceability for each product.
