RONSY Air Company owns 3 processing plants, 2 pilot-scale workshops, 1 trial feeding base, and 2 cold storage facilities. It is equipped with cutting-edge machinery including the U.S. WENGER 5T/10T extrusion unit, the German KARLSCHNELL ultrafine pulverizer, the Dutch Geelen dryer & cooling tower, vacuum spray coating machines from the Dutch company DINNISSEN, and packaging and palletizing machines from the Dutch company SYMACH. The factory has achieved fully automated production.

Raw Material Quality Inspection
All food ingredients entering the RONSY Aier factory must comply with national standards and RONSY’s corporate standards, and undergo testing that includes inspection and quarantine certificates, equipment inspection for material transportation, freshness indicators (volatile basic nitrogen and histamine), as well as a series of nutritional indicators. Only ingredients that pass rigorous testing and verification will be allowed into the production workshop.
