Today, experts including Academician Qiao, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, a professor at the College of Animal Science and Technology of China Agricultural University, and director of the National Feed Engineering Technology Research Center, and Professor Wu Yi, an associate professor at China Agricultural University, paid a field visit to RONSY Aier Pet Food.

Accompanied by Zhang Hui, General Manager of RONSY Company, Academician Qiao and his delegation first visited the production workshop of Aier Cat Food. They closely observed RONSY’s advanced production equipment and process flows. The roaring, modern production lines and the precise, highly efficient automated systems vividly demonstrated RONSY’s remarkable achievements in technological innovation in manufacturing. Academician Qiao frequently paused to engage in in-depth discussions with Aier Pet Food staff on issues such as equipment performance, production efficiency, and technological innovation, and he highly praised Aier Cat Food’s approach of leveraging technology to enhance production effectiveness.
Academician Qiao also paid special attention to RONSY’s food-grade, clean production facility for pet food, conducting a comprehensive inspection of the facility’s air purification system, sterile operation protocols, and microbial monitoring system. From the cleaning and treatment of floors and walls to the management of airflow within the workshop, from staff operating procedures to real-time environmental monitoring, Academician Qiao meticulously examined every single detail. He fully praised RONSY’s high standards and stringent requirements established in clean production, noting that these measures have reached an industry-leading level and firmly established a robust defense for food safety.
Raw material safety is a prerequisite.
Academician Qiao visited RONSY’s raw material and production facilities firsthand. He expressed his approval of the company’s consistent practice of selecting top-tier raw material suppliers nationwide and highly praised its rigorous screening mechanism, which involves nearly a hundred inspection procedures from the moment the raw materials arrive at the facility.
During the visit, Academician Qiao also took a close look at the raw materials and finished-product packaging of RONSY pet food. Academician Qiao asked in detail about RONSY pet food’s raw material procurement channels, supplier selection mechanisms, raw material acceptance standards, and testing procedures. Mr. Zhang explained that the company has always adhered to the principle of “controlling quality from the source and putting quality first,” establishing a rigorous supplier evaluation system and conducting multi-dimensional testing on every batch of raw materials to ensure that each ingredient—from farm to factory—is safe and reliable. Academician Qiao expressed his appreciation for this approach, emphasizing that high-quality raw materials are the foundation for producing premium pet food, and he hoped that RONSY pet food would continue to maintain its strict control over raw material quality.
In the packaging product display area, Academician Qiao carefully examined the packaging designs and materials of RONSY’s various cat food product lines, gaining an understanding of the safety, environmental friendliness, and innovative aspects of the packaging processes. He pointed out that while ensuring the practicality of packaging, it is also crucial to pay attention to the cultural significance of the packaging design and consumer needs, thereby enhancing the product’s added value and market competitiveness through innovative packaging.
During this inspection, Academician Qiao, drawing on the actual situation of RONSY’s Aier pet food products, offered numerous constructive suggestions and forward-looking insights from the perspectives of industry development trends, directions for technological innovation, and quality and safety management. Mr. Zhang stated that they would fully incorporate the academician’s guidance and recommendations, further increase R&D investment in Aier cat and dog food, optimize production management, and drive the company’s high-quality development to even higher standards, thereby injecting new momentum into the development of China’s pet food industry.
