At a time when pet food safety is receiving widespread attention, Aier Pet Food has established a robust trust barrier through stringent standards. It has obtained numerous certifications, including CNAS China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, ISO International Quality Management System Certification, FDA U.S. Food and Drug Administration Certification, ILAC·MRA International Laboratory Accreditation, and SGS International Testing and Inspection Certification—ensuring that every batch of products undergoes testing against 36 safety indicators, with no detectable levels of hazardous substances such as heavy metals or microorganisms.

Aier Pet Food adheres to the production principle of “traceable ingredients, controllable production, and verifiable quality.” In the production preparation phase, it follows a three-step approach—pre-production, in-production, and post-production.
Before production: Staff will conduct thorough maintenance, cleaning, and inspection of the equipment to ensure that no foreign objects enter the production process and compromise safety. At the same time, they will ensure that all parameters required for production are strictly adhered to according to the predetermined standards.
During production: Every half hour, random samples are taken from semi-finished products and tested in real time for a range of indicators, including bulk density, hardness, dimensions, color, moisture content, water activity, and physicochemical properties (crude protein, crude fat, and crude fiber). Using advanced precision instruments, the detection of physicochemical indicators (using infrared technology) can be completed in just 6 seconds.
Post-production authoritative testing: Internal inspections can meet multiple testing requirements for export certification standards. We maintain real-time control over product quality and also send finished products to reputable third-party testing institutions for inspection. Depending on the specific requirements of each product, we carry out tests including those mandated by the U.S. AAFCO, the European FEDIAF, as well as tests for heavy metals, microorganisms, and total colony counts. Our factory has established its own laboratory, which has been certified as a “Satisfactory Laboratory” in the HuaCe proficiency testing program. This laboratory not only meets general routine testing needs but is also capable of performing up to 13 specialized third-party laboratory tests.
Before leaving the factory: To better verify the product’s actual efficacy and palatability, the factory has built a large-scale pet playground. Each batch of products undergoes a 28-day humane feeding trial before being released. The entire facility is equipped with a fresh-air ventilation system and underfloor heating, designed to more accurately simulate the living environment for pets in urban households. We comprehensively assess not only dietary factors but also the pets’ psychological well-being, ensuring that customers won’t be the first to test out new food—and instead, we deliver safe, healthy, and high-quality pet food directly to consumers.
