We’re opening up our facilities with complete transparency, allowing you to gain a more direct and clear understanding of who we are. Thus, the 360-degree panoramic virtual factory tour was born. Aier invites everyone to join us and witness together the journey of how a high-quality pet food is created!

This 360° panoramic cloud factory is divided into four main sections for your introduction: the smart factory exterior, the intelligent integrated system, the packaged finished-product area, and the brand display area. Each section is further subdivided into specific zones, ensuring that you can explore the factory from every angle—without any blind spots.

We’ve always believed that “ingredients” are the very soul of pet food safety. Aier sources fresh ingredients directly from global origins, meticulously screening them at every stage to ensure peace of mind.   1. Top-tier process equipment

Our factory’s core equipment all comes from the world’s most advanced suppliers of pet food production machinery. The extrusion process utilizes the globally cutting-edge Wenger extruder, imported from the United States. During the feed extrusion process, a high proportion of fresh meat paste is injected, while simultaneously undergoing pasteurization and sterilization. This not only increases the degree of raw material cooking and production efficiency but also minimizes nutrient loss.

The cooling equipment is a new, fully automatic counterflow cooler from Green in the Netherlands. It is entirely made of 316 food-grade stainless steel and comes equipped with a fully automatic CIP cleaning system and a variable-frequency control system, making it highly energy-efficient and hygienic.

The packaging and palletizing machines, equipped with Dutch SYMACH technology, increase efficiency by 300% compared to traditional inbound processing methods.

Our company has an R&D team composed of doctoral and master’s degree holders from China Agricultural University, Nanjing Agricultural University, Sichuan Agricultural University, Jiangnan University, and Huazhong Agricultural University.

Covering an area of 13,000 m², the facility houses over 400 cats and dogs. It simulates a real urban environment for pets, featuring a comprehensive fresh-air ventilation system and underfloor heating, among other amenities. Guided by the principle of providing an optimal feeding experience, we’ve designed a series of immersive feeding trials in tandem with product development—all aimed at creating a stable, safe, and high-quality pet food.
